Sculptural Flow in a Warm Minimalist Home
Designed by Elena Sidorina, this two-level apartment offers approximately 256 sqm of interior space, complemented by an expansive 430 sqm terrace. The design is shaped around the family’s daily routines, bringing together working from home, everyday living, entertaining and leisure within a cohesive plan. Accommodating the family’s shared activities while providing each member with the right balance of professional focus and personal privacy became a key consideration in the layout.

The two floors serve distinct purposes. The lower level brings together the living room, kitchen, dining area, study and entertaining spaces, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The upper floor is dedicated primarily to bedrooms and private family areas. At the heart of the interior, a spiral staircase connects the two levels. Its fluid curves soften the apartment’s geometric structure while creating a natural link between the different areas of daily life.

A warm minimalist palette sets the tone throughout, with wood, stone, metal, painted finishes and textiles creating a restrained yet tactile material composition. The kitchen was custom-designed around the owners’ cooking habits, incorporating an island, integrated storage and built-in appliances. As both partners work from home, the apartment also includes two separate studies, each tailored to their individual working styles. One of the rooms can additionally accommodate small meetings.

At approximately 430 sqm, the terrace is nearly twice the size of the interior and accommodates a substantial part of the family’s leisure and social life. A summer kitchen, outdoor dining area, bar, fitness zone and several lounge areas are arranged across the expansive outdoor setting, alongside a separate study. Cooking, dining, exercising, working and entertaining can all take place here, with dedicated areas for different activities. In warmer weather, life flows naturally between indoors and out, extending the possibilities of urban living well beyond the apartment’s interior.

In Elena Sidorina's warm minimalist two-level apartment, where a sculptural spiral staircase gracefully links the open-plan living areas below with the private family quarters above, every material—from wood and stone to carefully chosen textiles—contributes to a cohesive sense of everyday comfort. As life flows between the custom kitchen, dual home offices, and the expansive terrace with its outdoor lounge and dining zones, soft furnishings become essential to bridging indoor refinement with alfresco ease. The Domvitus Latina Single-Sided Printed Pillow Cover fits effortlessly into this rhythm: its Timeless Floral motif brings a quiet botanical elegance to the living room sofa or terrace lounge seating, echoing the natural connection between the interior and the outdoor landscape. Crafted as a versatile Decorative Cushion Cover, it adds tactile warmth to both the study's reading nook and the upper-floor bedrooms, proving that true Elegant Home Decor lies in details that adapt seamlessly to work, rest, and gathering. Like the spiral staircase that unites the two levels, this pillow cover weaves timeless beauty into the daily life of a home designed around the family.
