Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders within the USA & Canada. For other international orders, shipping fees vary based on your detailed location and total quantities of your order.

All orders are produced and fulfilled within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your basic order information. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. For now we only have one way for shipment: Economy Shipping (7-13 days). These are the estimated delivery time after shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Our return & refund policy is simple. If you don't like your DOMVITUS products, please contact us within 14 days and we'll do everything we can to make things right (Return window will be closed after 14 days). We do request any returns that are not manufacturing defects be in original condition / packaging. Please note all original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your items after the return, you'll get your refund through your original payment method within 48 hours.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or come up with a solution to make sure you are 100% satisfied. If you decide to request the return, please contact us by email: support@domvitus.com and clarify the specific reason. We will either issue a refund or send you a new one.

Note: (1) Due to the hand-made procedure, please allow 1-2cm difference for the cover sizes. And the correct way to measure the pillow cover is from seam to seam (Inside Out) instead of measuring from outer corner to corner. (2) Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately, we cannot guarantee every digital screen will accurately depict the actual color of the item. It is common to receive the item that is slightly different in color.
