Q: “Will I be charged a Sales Tax?”
Sales tax is dependent on the places that you are buying from. Once you provide your shipping location during checkout, we will automatically calculate the sales tax for you (if applicable).
Q: “When do I get charged?”
You will be charged the moment you place the order.
Q: “What if I need to modify my order?”
Our products are normally hand made. Once your order is placed, we will produce the items right away to make sure they can be shipped ASAP. Please send us a message in 3 hours after you place the order if you want to modify.
Shipping Info
Q: “How will the items be delivered if I’m not at home or I offered the wrong address?”
Normally delivery company will drop your parcel at your mailbox or front door. For wrong shipping address, we will try to contact you in advance if it’s not deliverable, but that’s not always the case. Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order.
Q: “How long does it take for orders to ship out?”
All orders are normally be ready to ship out within 2-4 business days (production) from the date your order is placed. And we ship worldwide from our warehouse in different Asian Countries. The delivery time after shipment is normally around 7-14 days, depending your location. For more details, please go to our shipping & returns Page.
Q: “I received a box with only one item from my order. Where is the rest of my order?”
If you’ve ordered multiple items, it is common to receive them in multiple boxes. This can happen for logistics purposes, or due to some of your items being shipped from different warehouses. We will send you a confirmation email and multiple tracking numbers if your order is split. And feel free to contact us at support@domvitus.com if you have such questions.
Q: “How can I track my shipment?”
Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking numbers from one of the carriers we work with. For any tracking updates, you can go to TRACKING page.
Q: “Do you ship worldwide?”
We ship worldwide. International shipping may have additional duties to be paid by the customer depending on the country of destination. For more shipping details, please go to our SHIPPING & RETURNS Page.
Q: “What’s the shipping charge?”
We offer free economy shipping to USA & Canada. And the detailed shipping fee to other countries varies based on your delivery address and the total quantity of your order. Visit our SHIPPING & RETURNS page to know more details.
Return/ Exchange
Q: “Do you offer returns or exchanges?”
Yes, we are happy to offer refunds or returns - please review our related POLICY here.
Q: “When will I receive my refund?”
Refund requests will normally take 7-10 days to process. Once your refund has been processed, the related amount will appear back in your account within 2-4 business days.
Q: “My product is damaged. What can I do?”
We take great pride and care in the exceptional quality of our products. If your product arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@domvitus.com with your order number and a photo of the fault, or proof of damage. We will assess based on the final result.
Q: “What if I receive the wrong items?”
If you receive wrong items, contact us at support@domvitus.com with your order number stating what was missing or incorrect from the delivery. We will rectify this ASAP.
General Questions
Q: “Can I wash my pillows?”
Yes, most of our pillow covers are machine washable, only a few need to be washed by hand. Please remember to wash any covers on a cold or mild setting, gentle cycle, with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low.
Q: “Are your products pet friendly?”
Yes, our products are normally pet friendly. Please note, however, as with all soft textiles, that excessive scratching or long nails may eventually cause product damage.
Q: “Can I get a fabric swatch?”
Sorry, we don’t offer swatch samples for any of our products. If you are unsure about the texture or color, feel free to contact us with your requests at support@domvitus.com, and we will offer you solutions.
Q: “Are your products free from toxins and harmful chemicals?”
The use of chemicals is common and necessary in the production of fabrics, but some chemicals are better and safer to use than others. That’s why the majority of our products have been certified according to STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX. This certifies that our products are free from harmful substances, making them safe for you to use in your everyday life.
Q: “Do you offer trade discounts?”
Yes, we do offer discounts to all Designers, Stylists, Architects and other Industry Professionals who have the needs for business usage. If you would like to be our trade partner, feel free to contact us at support@domvitus.com, with your specific requests.
Q: “Do your pillow covers come with inserts?”
No, our pillow inserts are not included to keep shipping costs at the minimum. Also, people have different tastes; some already have pillows they love and just want to change it up. This is an easy and affordable way to do.
Q: “Do you offer customized pillow size?”
Yes, if you have some specific size preference for certain items, feel free to contact us and we will figure it out for you.
